Nous comprenons votre ressenti et souhaitons simplement apporter quelques précisions pour recontextualiser votre expérience.

L’événement était complet, et les danseurs ayant acheté leurs pass en avance ont bénéficié de tarifs très avantageux 60 € en prévente et 80 € pour les 4 jours complets.
Le tarif appliqué sur place correspondait donc au prix final, logique pour une dernière vente lors d’un festival sold out.

Nous rappelons qu’il s’agit d’un festival international de 4 jours, et non d’une simple soirée locale.
Les soirées principales débutent vers 1h du matin, ce qui est tout à fait habituel dans ce type d’événement la sociale se poursuit ensuite jusqu’à 7h du matin, afin que chacun puisse profiter pleinement de la nuit.

À titre de comparaison, dans la majorité des festivals de référence en Espagne, les danseurs n’arrivent généralement pas avant 2h du matin.

Regarding your comments:

We take note about the lighting and projector setup our technical team is already reviewing this to improve visibility during workshops.

For the Saturday night, the energy was intentionally high for that theme, but we completely understand your point about music variation, and we’ll make sure to balance BPM levels better next edition.

Finally, about water bottles, the bar did experience an unexpected stock shortage. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we’ll ensure this doesn’t happen again and that hydration points remain accessible all night.

About the Jack & Jill on Sunday, we completely understand your point the energy and emotion during the finals made the schedule run slightly longer than expected. We’ll take your comment into account and make sure to keep the right balance between competition and social time for the next edition.

Your suggestion about opening the second room for social dancing during that time is very relevant, and we’re already considering it for the future.

After reviewing the venue logistics, we’re also happy to confirm that next year the socials will run even later .
